I am 68 years old and in my lifetime I have had many, and I mean MANY bad experiences with all things car related - so when I have a GREAT car-related EXPERIENCE - I am more than happy to share it with everyone! It was an awful morning - pouring down rain - and I could hear my brakes screeching - so I pulled off the road and googled the nearest place to have the brakes checked out. I can’t believe I got so lucky to be minutes away from this place (I am generally not a lucky person). I had an excellent experience with these guys - they offered me a ride home and fixed the brakes the same day. I will recommend them to all my friends and family and I will continue to have them take care of all my car needs! Seriously - it was a great experience! Please check them out and you will agree!

I have great things to say about the service I received from Welcome and even greater things about my service Tech, Jose. I am so pleased with the work done on my car and the friendly and professional manner in which it was done. From the moment I walked in Jose met me with a welcoming smile and he assured me that he would do everything possible to get the work completed timely. He even provided transportation to and from my home. The best place ever for your car to be serviced at.

I can’t say enough good things about Welcome Automotive and the experience I had with them while dealing with a turbo failure and coolant leak on my Audi A6. From the very beginning, the team showed an incredible level of professionalism, communication, and problem-solving that truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out the most was their out-of-the-box mentality when it came to finding solutions and alternatives instead of just taking the standard expensive route. We had a really great experience with Welcome Auto! From start to finish, they were helpful, knowledgeable, and just easy to work with. They communicated everything clearly and up front, especially when it came to any issues and pricing, which we really appreciated; no surprises. Rios stood out in particular. He kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure everything was taken care of. When I picked up my vehicle, they had even done a complimentary clean/detail, which was a nice touch. Overall, solid service and a team that actually cares. I’d definitely recommend them.

I had an exceptional experience, which is quite rare in the context of automotive service! I recently required a belt replacement on my new Suburban, and the entire process was seamless with the highest level of professionalism. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Jose for his exemplary customer service and for coordinating a shuttle to my residence so I did not have to wait.
